Pre-Insulated Pipes
Pre-insulated piping system with an inner carbon steel pipe, polyurethane (PUR) insulation, and a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer casing. It transports fluids while minimizing heat transfer in distribution networks, preventing temperature losses and improving the system’s energy efficiency. It contributes to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly infrastructure.

High-quality carbon steel in accordance with EN 10217-1 and EN 10216-2 standards, suitable for district heating networks with high pressures and extreme temperatures.
We comply with UNE EN 12845:2016 design standards regarding wall thickness and pressure ratings. Finished with powder-coated polyester paint.

Thermal insulation layer responsible for reducing heat transfer between the transported fluid and the external environment.
Injected polyurethane made from two components—low environmental impact isocyanate and polyol. Features a 90% closed-cell structure with a maximum cell size of 0.5 mm.

Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a material resistant to impacts, corrosion, and chemical agents. Installation in buried networks
Includes UV-resistant additives, ensuring excellent stability and a service life of decades in outdoor conditions. Installation in above-ground networks

Grooved system for above-ground and buried networks that does not require welding of joints, reducing installation time and costs. Grooved joints are designed for demanding networks operating under high pressures and temperatures.
Simple and fast installation. Grooved joints provide reliable and secure connections, allow for easy adjustments, and absorb vibrations. They offer a major advantage in maintenance work and when replacing sections of the system.

Grooved joints enable fast and secure installations without the need for on-site welding, reducing both costs and assembly time.
System grooved connections and couplings specifically designed to meet different pressure and temperature.

Spacers are installed between the inner and outer pipes along the entire pipeline, reinforcing the structure and providing greater robustness in system support.
They also ensure maximum precision in aligning the central axis between the inner and outer pipes.

Pre-insulated kits are available for system joints, including grooved joints and 90° elbows.
